About Alexander Caraballo

Alex Caraballo has more than 25 years of experience in solving complex problems, evaluating revenue improvement and cost-saving opportunities, and designing customized solutions, from digital transformation efforts to mobile enablement solutions. He has held a variety of sales, marketing, operations, and transformational leadership roles at companies like Hewlett-Packard, AT&T, Essilor Luxottica, and IPC Global. Alex has also served several years on the Board of Directors of Catholic World Mission and Sandy Spring Education Force. Alex also started Missionary Hearts, a non-profit focused on those suffering and in need developing servant leaders in our commumity; he received an MBA from Kennesaw State University, a bachelor's from Baruch University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. Alex lives in the Greater Atlanta Area with his family.

Alex has led humanitarian missions on various domestic and international trips to support community needs.

Helping volunteers build stronger families through humility, faith-focused and selfless servitude. Developing them to have a servant leadership mindset in and out of the workplace.
